Manchester Amputation Strategy
Manchester University Hospital were curious about how they could improve the patient pathway experience, while reducing the cost of service delivery and support by £120m+. This is fantastic story that I was personally involved in, which truly demonstrates the power of people, data and machines being used for the benefit of society - this is what I mean by Humanity+
Worked with the Aircharge team to explore user experience and ‘stickiness’, resulting in advocacy and repeat usage; and opening up new business models / revenue opportunities for Aircharge and its Partners.
Worked with across line of business team members to frame a challenge, about how to improve the end of contract experience and stay in regular contact with operators throughout the contract lifecycle; while highlighting opportunities to up-sell, renew and resell.
